We created a curated directory—not a generic listing site where anyone can pay to appear. Every professional in our network has been personally against strict criteria.

Every contractor has a verified Vancouver Island address. A 250, 778, or 236 area code. Neighbors who depend on their reputation in this community.
RAHA Familiarity
We prioritize contractors familiar with BC Housing paperwork and documentation requirements.
Insurance Verified
$2M+ commercial general liability coverage verified at time of listing.
Accessibility Experience
Demonstrated experience with home accessibility modifications. We look for contractors who understand aging-in-place needs.
